We’re very disappointed with our experience renting through this agency. They pushed us to sign the lease before the apartment was actually ready, which resulted in living for five months with several rooms that were not usable. Although a small discount on the rent was offered, it didn’t reflect the extent of the inconvenience, stress, and lack of safety we faced. Even now, we are still managing all coordination with the contractors they hired. These contractors have consistently been unreliable and unprofessional. The quality of the work is poor, with many finishes done cheaply and some posing real safety risks, particularly with the electrical system. It has felt less like being tenants and more like managing a renovation project. Unfortunately, we’re not the only tenants who have had this kind of experience with the agency. If we could do it again, we would not choose to work with them. We strongly advise others to be cautious. It’s a real pity.

I had a terrible experience with this agency, and I am absolutely appalled by their complete lack of customer service. As a former estate agent myself, I cannot comprehend how such ignorance can exist in an industry where professionalism should be a priority. Communication with them is poor, and I was left feeling completely unseen despite numerous emails and call. Yesterday I was promised a call back which *surprise surprise* never happened. It’s clear they have little regard for their clients, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Being „busy” is not an excuse. Again, I used to be in real estate industry and there is no explanation for such behaviour.

This have to be a joke, we came here to ask for some help because the online process us a bit difficult (has to be for some people) and they didn't even try to help, no, everything online, super unprofessional
