Why personal, career and business coaching inspires me Nothing gives me more energy than helping people thrive. I really believe that when you are empowered you can get more out of life. This applies not only to your working life but also your personal life as well. I see myself as the facilitator, who can offer you the objectivity to empower you towards independence. This process is equally fragile, powerful and magical and it's truly a privilege for me to be involved. Simply put, this work makes me deeply happy. What energizes me beside my coaching practice In addition to my work as a support coach and facilitator I'm interested in music, theater, fashion, design, sport and meditation. As Commissioner for the Arts of the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK) and the Amsterdam Arts Council (AKR), I give advice regarding four-year subsidies for the arts. I am also a board member of various cultural organizations. I find balance between mental and physical exertion in CrossFit, rock climbing and meditation.
