Ivy is a very friendly and passionate person who would listen to other people's voices. During our coaching, she stands in neutral points to analyze my situations and she helps me to peel out the outer layer of the maze and let me see the essential part of me. What is the most critical part I have learned from these sessions is to stay in a positive state and energy all the time and to create these happy thoughts. It is hard to anticipate what is next, but the only thing we can do is to be happy at this moment and do whatever we can do.

After 6 coaching sessions with Ivy, I have seen my growth and transformation in both my career and private life. During the coaching session, Ivy stands in the neutral perspective to guide me to see my blind points. Coaching with Ivy is very effective to improve my own weakness. With her guidance, I have completely different insights from my very first thoughts. Ivy is warm and resourceful with abundant coaching knowledge. Working with Ivy, I felt comfortable ad secure to share all my thoughts with her. By sharing my thoughts, Ivy can observe my behaviour pattern and lead me to take action for the next step. Within 6 sessions, I have experienced profound results and feel more productive. Now, I look forward to each day and the growth along the way.
