Introductie
TRIAD Intelligence Advisory helps entrepreneurs, managers and professionals navigate complex situations and make better decisions. Some situations are difficult not because there is no solution, but because there are multiple people, competing interests, incomplete information, uncertainty or underlying issues that are not immediately visible. I help clients step back from the immediate problem and understand what is actually happening. We examine the situation, the people involved, their objectives and incentives, the available information, relevant constraints and possible responses. From there, we explore realistic scenarios, strategic options and practical next steps. My approach combines three perspectives: Cognitive — evidence, data, economics and reasoning. Human — behaviour, incentives, relationships and negotiation. Artificial — research, information processing, synthesis and technology. AI is used selectively as an analytical tool to accelerate research, process information, challenge assumptions and explore alternative scenarios. Human judgment remains central to understanding the context, evaluating evidence and deciding what is relevant. My background combines Economics, Data Analysis, business operations, Scrum methodology and coaching. These experiences have given me different ways of looking at complex situations. These vary from systems, information and processes to people, incentives and decision-making. I can help with situations involving difficult decisions, workplace challenges, stakeholder dynamics, negotiations, conflicts, competing interests, operational problems or uncertainty about what to do next. You don't need to have the problem perfectly defined before reaching out. We can start with the situation as it is and work out what the real problem is. The goal is straightforward: understand what is happening, identify what can be done, and decide what to do next.
