Had a very good viewing experience with Mathias. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, answered all the questions, was patient and gave the sufficient time I needed to check the place. Compared to many other viewings I have done, this was one of the nicest ones.

Rogier heeft me voor de 2e keer geholpen met de aankoop van een woning én de verkoop van mijn oude huis in Amsterdam. Ik had precies een maandje overlap zodat ik rustig kon verhuizen zonder heel land dubbel lasten Rogier werkt samen met goede fotograaf, goede advertentie, en doet professionele bezichtigingen en neemt veel bezichtigingen aan. Verkocht voor de prijs die ik ervoor wilde hebben Bij de aankoop schakelde Rogier snel en gaf hij direct, eerlijk advies. Daardoor heb ik het huis zelfs voor een relatief lage m2 prijs dan wat ik in m’n hoofd had kunnen kopen. Ik kan niet tegen stress of gezeur en ook nu zonder gedoe verlopen. Rogier weet alles als makelaar en je hoeft je nergens mee te bemoeien :) happy met m’n nieuwe huis!

Friendly and helpful, informative viewing. Really got to see the apartment thoroughly, look out of the windows, open them, check all the kitchen utilities, the cupboards, all the ins and outs of the place. All questions answered giving full details. In short, a very pleasant experience. And a more intimate experience of the property itself and the neighbourhood.

He answered all my questions in detail and made everything so easy to understand. His excellent English and friendly nature made me feel very comfortable as an expat looking for house in AMS. During the viewing, he took the time to introduce every little detail of the apartment, which showed how well-prepared and thoughtful he is.
