I have 2 years of experience as a life coach. As a part of my study I did 30+ hours of life coaching under supervision. Apart from that I have 25+ additional hours of coaching experience.

The first session i.e. the intake session is free of charges. In this session, we get to learn about one other and see if we are a match. Each session after the intake costs 80 euros per session (inc.VAT).

1. Intakes are generally free.

2. A life coach helps people reaching their life related goals. A life coach is not a therapist or a psychologist.

3. A life coach can cost approx. anywhere between 60 euros to 175 euros per hour.

4. A life coach is not covered by insurance generally. But good to know that it depends on your insurance.

5. The number of session you need depends on your goal/situation. It could be anywhere between 3-9 sessions.

6. A good life coach knows his/her limits. She will refer you to a better suited professional if it's a topic outside her expertise.

7. A professional life coach will refrain from giving you advice. We help you by guiding you but decisions are to be made by you.

8. Listen to your gut: It's possible that your life coach and you are not a match. It's okay to find someone you feel comfortable with.

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Here's how we manage cancellations and rescheduling to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:

Cancellation (Intake):

To cancel your initial session, kindly email us at talktosriofficial@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else who may benefit. However, we welcome rescheduling.

Cancellation (Paid Session):

For paid sessions, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via email at talktosriofficial@gmail.com to receive a full refund. Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 60% refund. However, we welcome rescheduling without any penalty during this time.
