Fihuma Isolatie BV.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I made the agreement directly with Fihuma. However, during the work, they used different workers and intermediary companies instead of carrying out the work with their own team, which resulted in serious coordination problems. The work has been ongoing since December and is still not completed. There have been repeated delays, new dates and postponements. I even had to repeatedly follow up myself regarding the planning and weather conditions. In addition, there were requests for extra payments and serious communication problems with the workers. Despite all of this, I gave the company several opportunities to resolve the issues and complete the work. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this company and I do not want them to continue the work. I have written communication and documentation regarding all of these issues. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend getting everything clearly agreed in writing beforehand, including who will actually carry out the work, the total cost, the completion date and who is responsible for what.

Super vriendelijk personeel, harde werkers.
