Is this coaching or therapy — and do I need both?
I'm a qualified coach and counsellor, so we can explore both the past and the future together. I don't diagnose mental health conditions; coaching is forward-focused, while counselling helps us understand how past patterns shape the present. Many of my clients see a therapist alongside me, and I can support goals that run parallel to that work.
I'm not in crisis and not sure I'm ready for big changes. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Most of my clients aren't in crisis, they're high achievers who look like they have it all together but feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. You don't need a clear goal to start. Sometimes the first sessions are simply about getting clarity on what's not working and what you actually want.
Can you help with practical career support — CVs, interviews, or a career change?
Yes. Alongside the deeper work on burnout and people-pleasing, sessions regularly include CV and LinkedIn review, mock interviews, case study and assessment prep, salary negotiation, and frameworks for navigating a career pivot. Many clients move between inner work and tactical career prep depending on what's live for them.
