DOEN Makelaars & Taxateurs B.V.

Kees stelde helemaal gerust. Echt een aanrader!

I arranged a time with the agent and took a one-and-a-half-hour train ride to view the property. However, just as I arrived, I received a call informing me that the viewing couldn't go ahead and needed to be rescheduled. I then had to take the hour-and-a-half train ride back—having taken time off work specifically for this. If a viewing cannot proceed for any reason, it is best to give advance notice rather than cancelling just ten minutes before the scheduled time.

Selling a house while living overseas it seems could easily be a stressful experience, but Tim Rats and the team at DOEN Makelaars - Den Haag made it completely seamless from start to finish. Tim’s knowledge of the market is exceptional—the strategy, pricing insights, and positioning were spot-on. What impressed and helped me the most was the level of communication. Despite the distance and time zone differences, Tim kept me updated with clear, honest feedback and detailed progress reports. I was completely in the loop and in safe hands. The team delivered a fast and fantastic result, and I couldn't be more grateful for their work. If you want a dedicated, sharp, and transparent real estate team, I cannot recommend Tim Rats and DOEN Makelaars - Den Haag highly enough.
