As newcomers to the Netherlands, we were a bit skeptical about the value that a mortgage advisor could bring to us, and we were seriously considering doing the whole process of applying for mortgages ourselves. Their online platform, with access in both Dutch and English, made it easy for us to provide important documents in advance, so that when it came down to crunch time, they were able to proactively follow up on the process without any stress to us. Their detailed financial survey exercise was actually a great way to make sure that my partner and I were on the same page, setting clear expectations for what a comfortable future looks like for both of us.
