I was charged three separate fees over two visits, even though the original problem was never solved. First visit: $150. Second visit: $220. Follow-up? Another $180. The technician claimed “each visit is billed separately” and “diagnostics are not refundable.” What diagnostics?! He spent 10 minutes poking around, then said, “It’s complicated.” That’s not a diagnosis — that’s a scam. I’ve now spent over $500 and still have the same issue I started with. This company is a money trap. They nickel and dime you, don’t fix anything, and hide behind fine print.

Everything about this job was shady. The technician did not inspect the issue properly, rushed through the work, used poor-quality materials, and overcharged me by more than 300%. I was quoted $200, ended up being charged over $800 — with zero explanation. He was in my house for less than 40 minutes. When I questioned it, he handed me a bill and walked out. I tried calling the office. They said all charges were “standard” and refused to adjust anything. This company exists to exploit and deceive customers. Don’t fall for it.

I was shocked by the technician’s behavior. He was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. He made inappropriate comments, rolled his eyes when I asked questions, and clearly did not want to be there. I didn’t feel comfortable with him in my home. He left without completing the job, saying he’d need to return “with the right tools.” He never did. When I called to report his behavior, the office said they’d “look into it.” That was 3 weeks ago. No call, no apology. If you want to be insulted and ignored, by all means hire this company. If not — go anywhere else.

I rarely leave reviews, but this company pushed me to my limit. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, it was chaos. They confirmed a 2-hour window, and I took a full day off work. The technician never showed up. No call, no message, nothing. I called customer service six times and each time was told “we’re trying to reach the driver.” Hours later, I was told I’d have to reschedule — a week later! When the technician finally came, he looked completely unprepared and unprofessional. He had no tools, no uniform, and acted like he didn’t even want to be there. He barely examined the issue, said I needed a full replacement without giving me any options, and quoted me over $1,700 for something that another company later fixed for $180. These people are scam artists. They waste your time, overcharge you, and treat you like an inconvenience. Never again.
