I had a very bad experience with this notary. They charged me but were not responsive throughout the process. Nobody explained things to me, and only the night before the notary appointment (on a Sunday night) I was told my documents did not meet the requirements. If something was missing, why wasn’t I informed earlier? In the end, because they did not help me prepare the required documents in time, the transfer was delayed by a week, and I was made to pay more. So in total I paid almost 3k euro! Very unprofessional, and I can still remember their attitude.

This company got all my papers from municipality and confirmed in email, but never called me or did anything on renewing it!
