Great Ouse Cleaning Services

Service and communication here are unfortunately completely nonexistent. After leaving my iPad on the ICE train to Amsterdam this past weekend, the location tracking led me straight to the company's address, suggesting the device was likely found during the train cleaning. Hoping for a bit of basic human decency and help, I tried reaching out through every single communication channel listed on their website—emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. The result? Total silence. Some messages on WhatsApp were even marked as read, yet absolutely no response or even a quick check of their lost-and-found or office was deemed worth their time. Of course, I understand that location signals in a multi-story building can drift and that I cannot know for sure whether the device is still at this location since the last update was two days ago. But completely ignoring people desperately looking for their property leaves a terrible impression and speaks volumes about the company's work ethic. If you are hoping for any kind of communication or cooperation here, you will wait in vain. Very disappointing.

They did not come at the appointment, i tried calling a couple of times and never got a response. I only received a message 1,5 hours after saying that they could not make it. They keep sending payment requests :(

I called them late in the evening from Utrecht and by evening yesterday my move out cleaning was completed. Thanks for the speed.

Great Ouse is the best. Top notch service rendering, leaving your space spotless and fresh.
