I paid €110 for an intake call where I was promised that my account would be set up within a week and my tax issue will be taken care of. It’s now been almost month, and nothing has been done. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. When I call, I’m always told someone will get back to me — but no one ever does. I feel completely misled. I paid €110 for a call and the promised service was never delivered and I have been left chasing empty promises. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service based on how I’ve been treated. My client ID is 107502
