Terrible service. We went for a kitchen extractor and in the store they told us they would call to arrange a visit to our house. It didn’t happened, we called them to remind them. So they programmed the visit, they came and checked what we needed. After that it was total silence AGAIN. We went directly to the store to see what was going on, they didn’t have an answer but promise to check and that they would called us (NOTHING AGAIN!) We gave up on them and then after weeks we get a call saying that our product was here and they wanted to come and installed it…. WHAT? We never agreed on anything, we didn’t get any options and what was going to be the cost? At the end we accept because we don’t know other options in The Netherlands for kitchen extractors. They came and installed it. But SURPRISE SURPRISE they didn’t ordered the front (really?) so the guy left and said they would ordered it and they would came back to installed it. They called and told us: the missing part is here you can pick it up. EXCUSE ME? We paid already for the terrible service so YOU COME and finish the job! So unprofessional! and we were thinking on buying other stuff but for sure we will never go back to “EXPERT” NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

We wisten het al maar toch willen wij expert Emmeloord bedanken voor hun super trouwe service. Dat mag wel ff gezegd worden. Toppers!

Goede service bekwaam personeel, Mooi prijsje gemaakt.

Slechte infoverkoper weet niks niks op voorraad geen tijd voor showmodel mee te geven je kan beter naar Steenwijk gaan beter geregeld daar staan ze je gewoon netjes te woord en is alles mogelijk met meer kennis
