Buise Doedijns Agents provided an excellent rental experience, thanks to Emma, who handled everything with professionalism and a friendly approach. She was always understanding and took care of every detail with a smile!

My experience with Buise Doedijns Agents was nothing short of a disaster. Despite our clear financial stability and history of multiple (currently ongoing) rentals in NL, they are bogging us down with endless requests for additional information, wasting roughly 3 weeks of our time without making any real progress (still no agreement made / correspondence is still ongoing). Their incompetence is glaring, marked by a failure to provide basic details like a potential move-in date or approval ref. upgrades (cost to be covered by us!). Clear communication? Practically non-existent. Professionalism? Nowhere to be found. This agency stands as the epitome of inefficiency and poor service in Wassenaar's real estate market (speaking out of experience as we re already/currently renting a house there). NB: I am writing this review prior to an actual response from the agent (Jet) as I have kinda already decided to move on unless we see a 180 degree turn in their attitude and service quality. I strongly advise against wasting your time with Buise Doedijns Agents. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs.
