Mijn naam is Kadir Erol en ik ben een gespecialiseerde makelaar in de regio’s Utrecht en Amersfoort. Ik bied diensten aan in zowel Engels, Turks als Nederlands en richt me specifiek op Turken die recent uit Turkije zijn gekomen of in Nederland wonen. Dankzij mijn Turkse achtergrond kan ik me goed inleven in de woonwensen met bijbehorende specifieke vraagstukken.
Als onderdeel van de RE/MAX familie, ben ik trots om te werken voor een bedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis van 50 jaar en een uitgebreid netwerk. Ik ben gespecialiseerd in de koop en verkoop van onroerend goed, aan- en verhuur en commercieel vastgoedinvesteringen. Ik gebruik hierbij mijn connecties in zowel Nederland als Turkije om mijn klanten de beste service te bieden.

We decided to move to the Netherlands, and the most important — and stressful — part for us was finding a rental home. We wanted to arrange everything before arriving in the country. During this process, we came across Mr. Kadir, and he was incredibly helpful in finding the house we were looking for. He made it possible for us to rent the house even before we arrived in the Netherlands. Now that we're here, all that's left is to receive the keys! 😄
