We had a great experience - super fast and comprehensive response to our request (replied late at night when we were last-minute panicking looking for a post-renovation, pre-move in clean for a couple of days away). They were very flexible on times and our specific needs, and very careful with a newly-laid wooden floor. Cleaning was very thorough and made all the difference for our move-in! Highly recommend.

Zero Stars: Paid for a "Deep Clean," Received a Sticky Mess I am beyond disappointed with the service. I specifically booked and paid for a Deep Cleaning service, but the results were completely substandard. Despite providing evidence directly to the company, they have ignored my complaints. The Failures: Incomplete Cleaning: Dust and residue were left in every room. For a "deep clean" price, the surfaces were barely touched. Poor Chemicals: The cleaning liquids used left a sticky residue on multiple surfaces, requiring me to re-clean them myself to avoid damage. Breach of Agreement: This service was not provided with the "reasonable care and skill" promised and paid for. Title: Substandard "Deep Clean" & Ignored Complaints I paid for a premium Deep Cleaning service, but the work performed was entirely substandard. Incomplete Work: There is visible dust and residue remaining in every room. Surface Damage/Residue: Whatever cleaning agents were used left my surfaces unpleasantly sticky, requiring me to re-clean them myself. Poor Communication: I contacted the company immediately with photo evidence, but they have completely ignored my messages. A "Deep Clean" implies a higher standard than basic maintenance, which was clearly not met here. I expect a formal apology and a [partial/full] refund for the service I did not receive. I do not recommend this company.

Great cleaning across all rooms, and focused on specified areas especially. All cleaners were very nice. Additionally, the service was flexible when I had to change dates which was much appreciated. Would use again
