Kick Wiegmans hypotheken

Heel goed geholpen door Bart, Wendy en Monique! Korte lijntjes, snelle acties en goede begeleiding tijdens het hele proces. Dankzij hen heb ik heel snel een appartementje kunnen kopen.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kick Wiegmans Hypotheken en Makelaars. At first, he seemed like a friendly and pleasant person, but in the end he was not helpful to us at all. As someone with two incomes, I personally felt ignored and unfairly treated during the process. The strangest part for us was that one of my stable incomes from my permanent employment contract was completely ignored in the mortgage calculation. Because of this, the borrowing capacity we received was far too low, making it practically impossible to buy a house in our area. When we asked why my employment income had not been taken into account, we never received a clear explanation. Of course, we still had to pay for the service — so in the end, we paid for what felt like no real help at all. Maybe our experience was different because we are foreigners and not Dutch — honestly, I don’t know — but unfortunately that is how it felt to us during the process. Thankfully, we later found amazing people who actually helped us properly and who correctly included both of my incomes. Thanks to them, we successfully bought our first home. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Fantastisch geholpen door Kick bij onze eerste koopwoning. Vakkundig advies gekregen maar nog belangrijker voor ons was dat Kick en collega's Bart en Monique altijd echt de tijd voor ons namen en met ons mee dachten. Andere relaties hebben ook goede ervaringen gehad en ik zal Kick zeker blijven aanraden.

Een absolute meerwaarde! Kick betaalt zich dubbel (en meer) terug. Fijn in de communicatie, veel kennis van zaken, nauwkeurig en steekt veel tijd in het werk. Erg tevreden!
