This business is rogue, there were lots of problems with putting the floor (they tried to conceal the fact that they ordered too little flooring by cutting some other pieces of other floor pieces and gluing them onto our floor, in the process removing the click system) and the treatment of it afterwards (I will not go into the detail as it is a long story). After a few days of living in the house we asked them to come and look at the floor, which by the time looked like a bad joke, and they refused, citing uncareful treatment. So much for the years of guarantee. We did manage to recover money through legal means and through hiring a specialist that confirmed the treatment of the floor was not right and wrote a report about it. 6 year on, I look at the floor and am still pissed.
