I was very worrierd about our family menu. Two kids, full time working parents and my husband has lots of intolerances to food. There are lots of products, plenty of recepies and we had an intention to reduce meat.
Valeria helped us to create clear balanced menu plan for the whole family. I am not intimidated by instagram 'experts' and know that we will transit to less meat with good level of protein safely.
Kids arreciate knowing in advance what they are goint to eat and why they need to eat it. I lost 5kg by cutting sugars and my husband is dealing better with his intolerances. Our meals are made in just 20 minutes and some if them in advance.
I recommend Valeria as a family dietitian just to set your path to healthier lifestyle and less meat consumption.

I recently received dietary advice from Valerie. It was my first time and I must say that I am quite impressed with the results.
