I was in communication with the team for 20 days to arrange arrival of an electrician to install perilex cable. They've confirmed an appointment sent an invoice in the morning of the day of appointment, but didn't show up. No one called to apologize or to suggest alternative date. Very frustrating experience.

Arranged with them to come and do our electric a few weeks in advance, set up an appointment and they just never showed up…. When I called to find out why they said they had been speaking with someone else (?) and mixed up their agenda. Asked me to send a follow up email to reschedule, I did, they never responded.
