Lukasz and his team performed a excellent job at my house. 4 ceilings needed to be installed and plastered. They executed the job swiftly and with precision. Appointments were neatly adhered to. Can definitely recommend Lukasz for these kind of jobs.

Wij raden Skyline Kozijn van harte aan! De deuren werden veel sneller geleverd dan gepland, wat een zeer aangename verrassing was. Het eindresultaat heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen – de deuren zijn werkelijk prachtig! De montage verliep razendsnel en uiterst netjes, met veel oog voor detail. Wij zijn enorm tevreden en zullen Skyline Kozijn zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar kwaliteit en vakmanschap!

Onlangs hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van Skyline Kozijn voor de vervanging van onze ramen, en we zijn zeer tevreden met het eindresultaat! De nieuwe ramen zien er geweldig uit – stevig vakmanschap, een esthetische uitstraling en aandacht voor elk detail. De installatie verliep vlot en professioneel, en het hele proces was goed georganiseerd. Het bedrijf toonde deskundigheid en punctualiteit, wat we enorm waarderen. Wij raden Skyline Kozijn dan ook van harte aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid!

I ordered this company for three window and front door rennovation on 15th Dec 2024.
1- Initial Appointment- They were supposed to come on 18th Dec 2024 in the evening. Then they didn’t show up on the scheduled date. Upon calling them they informed me that their colleague got sick and they couldn’t make it. Then they made another appointment and finally they showed up.
2- Follow up- Followed by that they send us the quote. The quote was comparatively cheap than the other companies. (Not so much)
Then they asked for an advanced payment of more than 50% of the original invoice. I knew that a minimum advanced payment was needed but not this much. Before the payment they said that the job will be done within 2 weeks. But after the payment they said, the order will be placed within two weeks to the supplier (during this time they were supposed to come to my house to make a final measurement and they missed the agreed appointments for 2 times and showed up at their 3rd appointment) and complete job can take 6-8 weeks.
Just after getting the advance payment they also stopped responding my message. By the way, I found this company via werkspot. And after repeatedly texting them they came to take the final measurement.

3- Waiting period- Though they said it could take 6-8 weeks but surprisingly one fine afternoon they texted me (17th Feb 2025) that the windows arrived and they want to install on the next day (18th Feb2025)
4- Installation Drama- I told them that I am a working person and nobody can be at home because of our commitment at office. Then the guy Lucas started a lot of drama over phone- “We don’t have enough inventory to keep all your stuffs, we will do the job you don’t need to stay at home. If you can’t stay the job will be delayed for over a month bla bla bla” considering all these I agreed on their proposal. And all on a sudden this guy can’t speak good English anymore. He said “My english is not good”
They came at my house on (18/2/25) at 7 in the morning as planned so I could still go to the office. Then around 11:30 they called me and told their Truck full with my stuffs (windows and doors) made an accident. So they need to postpone the job tomorrow (19/2). Meanwhile they already removed all the windows and doors. So for that night we had to stay without a front door ( they just keep the front door in front of the house without any lock/ safety). And for windows put the blinds down. So it was a horrible night for us without any safety at all in this freezing cold. And they were also inconsiderate about the fact that next day also we will have our office.
Next day they refused to come earlier than 8. They came at 9 and I left my home at 7. So the whole house was totally unsafe during this whole time. And then they installed the windows and doors.
But the finishing was horrible. Please see the photo attached. The wind is coming in between the cavity wall. They didn’t remove the wooden palate (with which they brought the new stuffs) on the footpath near my neighbour’s house and my neighbour complained about it. During our absence they also smoked in our room (inside the house) even after knowing that this is a non smokers house.
In the evening they called and when I informed about it the guy Lukas started shouting over phone and asked to pay the remaining amount. I said my bank will pay the remaining amount from my construction depot. And every invoice has a due date of 7-14 days to be paid after the job is done and this is also fair because I paid the advance 4 weeks prior to the job is done. Then he started giving me the slang in English and mostly in Polish.
So guys who are thinking to get the job done by this company be very aware.

Edit- Edit- Both the invoices are paid. All the invoices are paid (before the job and within 48 hours of the job to be done). Lucas called me in WhatsApp, blackmailing and threatening us because of this review.
