Miriam has really helped improve my posture during workouts. She truly understands the female body, which makes such a difference. I can totally recommend her!

Ik ben zó blij dat ik bij FGMS terecht ben gekomen! Door Miriam heb ik gedurende mijn hele zwangerschap fijn en veilig kunnen sporten. Ze heeft na jaren in het vak alle nodige expertise opgedaan waardoor ik me vanaf het begin goed op m’n gemak voelde. De klasjes zijn kleinschalig genoeg voor persoonlijke aandacht en tegelijkertijd vaak goed gevuld voor een gezellige (maar productieve) sportsessie. Na mijn bevalling tevens deelgenomen aan het postpartum programma waar de begeleiding van Miriam wederom een dikke 10 krijgt. Een mix van haar persoonlijke en professionele ervaringen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik me comfortabel en sterk voel in mijn lichaam. Ik heb het vertrouwen gekregen om weer te sporten en te belasten. Het is niet voor niets dat Feel Good Moms van iedereen 5 sterren krijgt!!

I took pregnancy classes and later the postpartum programme at Feel Good Moms. I had never done strength training before. Miriam was an excellent guide into this with her knowledge and years of experience. I always felt safe and allowed to take it at my own pace, and I never left class without feeling better than I came in! The postpartum programme goes indepth into how giving birth impacts the body and how you can strategize your exercises based on that. Miriam has deviced a great programme in which she shares her knowledge and gives great advice and adjustments for the exercises. The programme gave me confidence in my body and how to safely do workouts, and made me feel stronger, both physically and mentally. Sharing this time with a small group of other postpartum women was also really nice, as we could share experiences and cheer each other. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Feel Good Moms.

Had the best experience working out with Miriam! I came to her for her expertise and setup, which perfectly suited my needs—and (aside my baby) it quickly became the best part of my postpartum journey each week. Her knowledge, combined with her fun personality, gave me the right push to get moving again and, more importantly, to do it the right way after giving birth. I was also looking for someone who would take the time to walk me through each exercise and explain how it would help me specifically—and Miriam delivered. We also just had a great time together. Definitely recommend!
