Variant B.V.

I chose this cleaner because I saw good reviews, and I believe he probably has good technique, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. On the phone, he mentioned a price of 30–40, but once he arrived it became 60 (which I accepted since it’s a big apartment). He preferred cash, and since I only had 55 with me, I paid him before he even started. He refused to clean one small window, saying it was too hard to reach because of bushes. The rest he cleaned, but the next morning I noticed several windows still had visible dust spots. I shared photos and called him, but to my surprise he was very rude. He said, “I’m not coming back for 2 windows, find another cleaner. If you’re not satisfied I can’t do anything,” and then hung up. Overall, I am not satisfied and the way he handled my feedback was unprofessional.
