Klusbedrijf vd Broek BV

Scammers! We hired them to fix a bad water leakage. However instead of checking the place which was shown by the leakage report, they started showing all other small issues around and started fixing them when actually there was no issue there. They seemed just to care about money and not a single ounce of service. I would not recommend them at all; they might have eaten enough of ill gotten money already.

Reageren snel. Mijn schoorsteen probleem snel en netjes opgelost.

Contacted this company to do a few things around the house. Few things went well - cinewall was installed and skirting (plinten) in the ground floor was also installed. We contracted with them for more projects starting with a installing a cupboard under our stairs. A quote was promptly provided and after that the company has been absconding. Since the quote was provided we have received information that they will come by on certain days to assemble the cupboard in the house, but nobody has shown up. On calling them a few times a few excuses were provided that somebody was sick (almost every time) and a new date was agreed and the same thing repeated again. This continued for 4-5 weeks. They stopped responding to phone calls completely. Eventually on confronting them at their workshop, they gave more excuses of sickness, vacations etc. and then we agreed not to go forward with them anymore. They did a decent job of the work that we actually got done from them, but we experienced that they completely lack any form of professionalism and do not keep their word at all. Beware of these guys. You cannot trust them to finish a job.

Ik ben erg tevreden met klusbedrijf van den Broek aangezien we ze 1 avond van te voren hebben gevraagd om de volgende dag te komen schilderen en dat kon allemaal last minute geregeld worden. Zelfs op een zaterdag. Ze kwamen met 4 man en hadden de klus in 1 dag geklaard. Een appartement van 91m2 was in een dag tijd mooi geschilderd. Communicatie en de prijs waren hartstikke goed. We hebben precies gekregen wat we zochten en ze hebben alles uitgevoerd zoals besproken. Helaas is er per ongeluk een meetlat deels gesneuveld die voor mijn vader emotionele waarde heeft. Een ongelukje kan gebeuren, was alleen jammer dat dit niet uit hun zelf werd aangegeven. Nadat ik dit had gemeld werd er heel vriendelijk en coulant gereageerd. Mijn vader mag zijn meetlat aanbieden bij een restaurateur of antiek hersteller en de kosten declareren bij van den Broek. Mijn vader gaat kijken of hij hier gebruik van wil maken, maar het feit dat ze dit aanbieden en netjes willen oplossen is erg fijn. Ik werd ook direct persoonlijk gebeld om de oplossing aangeboden te krijgen. Ik zal van den Broek zeker weten aanraden en onthouden voor toekomstige klussen !
