Scammers! We hired them to fix a bad water leakage. However instead of checking the place which was shown by the leakage report, they started showing all other small issues around and started fixing them when actually there was no issue there. They seemed just to care about money and not a single ounce of service. I would not recommend them at all; they might have eaten enough of ill gotten money already.

Contacted this company to do a few things around the house. Few things went well - cinewall was installed and skirting (plinten) in the ground floor was also installed. We contracted with them for more projects starting with a installing a cupboard under our stairs. A quote was promptly provided and after that the company has been absconding. Since the quote was provided we have received information that they will come by on certain days to assemble the cupboard in the house, but nobody has shown up. On calling them a few times a few excuses were provided that somebody was sick (almost every time) and a new date was agreed and the same thing repeated again. This continued for 4-5 weeks. They stopped responding to phone calls completely. Eventually on confronting them at their workshop, they gave more excuses of sickness, vacations etc. and then we agreed not to go forward with them anymore. They did a decent job of the work that we actually got done from them, but we experienced that they completely lack any form of professionalism and do not keep their word at all. Beware of these guys. You cannot trust them to finish a job.

Ik heb dit bedrijf ingehuurd om tegels in mijn huis te leggen, en het resultaat was ronduit verschrikkelijk. De kwaliteit van het werk is schokkend slecht. Tegels waren ongelijk, sommige waren gebarsten en ze namen niet eens de moeite om het zelf op te ruimen. Ik weet niet zeker of ze wel wisten wat ze deden: er zitten gaten tussen de tegels en het voegwerk begint al uit elkaar te vallen! Bovenop het slechte vakmanschap is hun klantenservice een nachtmerrie. Ze reageerden nauwelijks op mijn zorgen en leken totaal niet geïnteresseerd om hun rotzooi op te ruimen. Ik moet nu iemand anders inhuren om hun ramp ongedaan te maken en het hele project opnieuw te doen. Bespaar uzelf de hoofdpijn en uw zuurverdiende geld: vermijd dit bedrijf koste wat kost! I hired this company to install tiles in my house, and the results were absolutely terrible. The quality of work is shockingly poor. Tiles were uneven, some were cracked, and they didn’t even bother to clean up after themselves. I’m not sure if they even knew what they were doing—there are gaps between the tiles, and the grout is already starting to fall apart! On top of the poor workmanship, their customer service is a nightmare. They barely responded to my concerns and seemed completely uninterested in fixing their mess. I now have to hire someone else to undo their disaster and re-do the entire project. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—avoid this company at all costs!
