I did asked for a cleaning job and we were discussing the days and time for a two days round appointment per week at my place. I've asked them to explain to me hot it works if at one appointment there will be none at home for the cleaning or what if we do need to delete or change one of the appointments, and similar purely administrative questions. My message: What is the next step then? How is this working? Payment upfront for the next appointment? What if one day we are not available or something happens? Is this an on-call job? Sorry for the too many questions but also for me it's the first time dealing with this We got this as an answer: I don't understand your concerns at all. You need cleaning. We are a cleaning company. I told you the hourly rate. I told you when we can start: twice a week for two hours. One hour of work is 28 euros. What do you mean, unavailable? I don't understand your questions. I don't understand what you want at all. If you're so distrustful of people, then clean your own house. I'm really fed up with you and your stupid questions. Please don't call me. I don't want to deal with clients like that. So beware that if you are making them too many questions, this is the message you will receive back. I surely will clean my place myself instead of having such rude attitude person walkin in my house!
