This company provides services to Schiphol airport. I flew from there on December 14th, around 10pm. I was passing the security check and there was no one in the queue. As I was tired, I decided to cut the path by opening the ropes separating the rows. I opened and closed back around three or four of them, so nothing was changed in the whole outline. I was ready to pass security and one guy identified with the T-shirt of CTSN company screamed at me. He came together with 3 more men and screamed at me (I am a 1,60 m, 50 kg woman) saying that I wasn’t meant to cut the line. I said I was tired of standing 2hours while checking in and that there was literally no one, so I just did what I did. To which he replied violently, came towards me and starting shaking his hands like crazy, saying that he works 8h shift, standing, and yet he follows the rules. His friends were backing him up and looking at me like if we were in some kind of slum and not at an international airport. I felt so afraid and he was screaming so hard, I just told him that working there is his job and not my fault, and I turned and started going through security. But he kept screaming at me, to the point that the people checking my stuff at security screamed back and told him to stop it already and to leave me alone (in Dutch). I crossed security and I could see one of the guys friends looking firmly towards me, like if he wanted me to know that they were observing me. I was super afraid up until the time I boarded. This behaviour seems unacceptable to me, I have never experienced such a thing, not even in the poorest airports in Latin America. I think this company should do a better security check on their employees and choose wisely who can be put close to people and customers.
