Hoeveel ervaring heb je in deze branche?
I’ve worked as a professional photographer for many years, with a strong focus on corporate events, conferences, and executive portraits. I’m based in Amsterdam and regularly photograph international teams and events, both locally and abroad. The work is fast-paced and high-stakes, and I’m used to delivering consistent results under pressure. In 2025 alone, I covered 52 conferences and trade shows globally.
Wat kun je vertellen over je werkwijze?
I keep it simple and structured. We start with a short intake to confirm goals, schedule, key people, and usage needs. I work discreetly during the event, focusing on speaker moments, networking, atmosphere, and sponsor visibility. After the event, you receive a curated selection of professionally edited images that are ready for LinkedIn, press, internal comms, and marketing. If you need images during the event, I can offer live or hourly selects with an on-site or remote editor.
Waarom zouden klanten voor jou moeten kiezen?
You get calm, reliable coverage from someone who takes full responsibility, so you do not need to chase me. I work from your brief and shot list, and I also anticipate what you will need next, creating extra images that support your story, sponsor visibility, and marketing goals. I’m discreet with VIPs, comfortable under NDAs, and focused on delivering a polished, commercially useful gallery fast. Once I’m booked, you can relax, because you know it will get done.
Waarom ben je begonnen met dit type werk?
I started photographing corporate events because I enjoy capturing the human side of business. Conferences can feel polished on the surface, but what matters is what happens between people: the quiet focus before a keynote, the handshake that starts a partnership, the sponsor moment that makes a campaign work. I like being the calm presence in the room who notices those moments and turns them into images teams can actually use.
Wat is handig om te weten over je prijzen (kortingen of extra kosten)?
Pricing depends on hours, complexity, and deliverables. You’ll always receive a clear quote in advance, outlining what’s included, the turnaround, and any optional add-ons (same-day highlights, extra retouching, a second photographer, videography coordination, logo insertion). Travel and any extra hours are agreed upfront.
I also understand that conferences are a serious investment, including venue, catering, technical production, and everything in between. Most teams have an allocated budget for photography, which is why I ask for a ballpark early. That helps me tailor a quote that matches your priorities, coverage needs, and deliverables, without wasting your time on options that don't fit. I don’t compete on being the cheapest. I compete on consistency, speed, and outcomes.

Welk advies zou je geven aan klanten die op zoek zijn naar een bedrijf uit jouw branche?
Start with the essentials: turnaround time, usage rights, and what “editing” actually includes. Then look at whether the photographer has real conference experience (keynotes, audiences, sponsor visibility, tough lighting) and whether they can work independently from a brief and schedule.
Ask how they plan: do they request a clear brief and shot list, flag VIPs and sponsor priorities, and help you handle privacy (registration wording and signage)? Confirm reliability: backup gear, public liability insurance, and a professional delivery process (online gallery, optional folders for PR and design teams, and the option for same-day selects if needed).
In short: choose the person who brings preparation, initiative, and calm, so your team gets publish-ready images without having to manage the photographer on the day.

Are the photos retouched?
Yes. Light professional retouching is included: exposure, colour, contrast, crop, and basic clean up where needed. Advanced Photoshop work such as complex skin work, object removal, or signage fixes is available on request and quoted separately.
Is it possible to add our logo to the images?
Yes. Send your logo as an SVG, AI, EPS, or a high resolution PNG, and tell me which images you want branded. I’ll apply it consistently and deliver logo versions alongside the clean originals if you want both.
In what format will we receive the photos?
You receive high-resolution JPEGs suitable for print and web-optimised JPEGs for fast sharing online. If you have specific platform requirements, for example, exact pixel sizes for LinkedIn banners or press portals, I can export to spec.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No. RAW files are unfinished working files and do not represent the final quality of my work. You receive professionally edited images that are ready to publish and consistent with my style.
Who do you typically work with?
Event managers, marketing teams, and agencies producing conferences, summits, leadership events, trade shows, panels, and corporate gatherings. They want images that show energy, credibility, and sponsor value, not just faces.
How many images can we expect?
It depends on the schedule, how many moments are happening in parallel, and access. I focus on delivering a strong, usable set rather than volume for its own sake. If you require a minimum number, tell me and I’ll plan coverage accordingly.
