The Lebanese cuisine is an ancient one, and can be traced back thousands of years to eras of Roman and Phoenician rule – but it hasn’t stopped evolving. Delicious seasonal vegetables, herbs, spices and oils make Lebanese food some of the healthiest in the world. My name is Michel, and Lebanese food is my passion. Food by Michel offers catering for your home or office, and cooking workshops where I’ll teach you to make your favorite Lebanese dishes (and some of mine!). We also host several market-stalls every month, with some of the best falafel you’ve ever tried.
