DHVC Vastgoed

Super tevreden!

I rented an apartment from this agency some time ago and I definitely do not recommend working with them. When the one-year lease was coming to an end, our contract was not extended for another year because the landlord was selling the apartment – and we only found out about this a month before the deadline because we asked ourselves. Before we moved out, a young, extremely rude employee named Luuk threatened that they would withhold our deposit if we did not accommodate an energy label inspection company on a specific day chosen by them. He completely ignored the fact that I had just taken time off work specially for their photographer, as the apartment was being put up for sale, and I could not leave work again. After moving out, all contact went cold, and we fought for a year to get our deposit of around 2000 euros back. They only returned the money after we hired a lawyer and started sending official legal notices. Stay far away from them.
