Slechts werk ervaring oneerlijk mensen werken advies om niet met hun te werken

Ik maak al enige jaren gebruik van de diensten van schoonmaakbedrijf Hendriksen. Ik ben erg tevreden over dit bedrijf. Van tevoren krijg je een app dat men langs komt. Dit is heel fijn omdat je dan bv het zonnescherm kunt intrekken en/of het rolluik. Voor mij een dikke 5 sterren

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR Due to home renovations, we had to stay in another house for a month. When we finally moved into the house we were going to stay in during that time, we were shocked to find it in an absolutely filthy condition ; dust and hair everywhere, garbage left behind by the previous tenant, and no sign that any cleaning had been done at all. We contacted the renovation team, and they assured us someone from this cleaning company would come to clean the place. A man showed up—alone—and did almost nothing. We had to literally babysit him and tell him where to vacuum, which was bizarre and completely unprofessional. He didn’t mop, didn’t take out the trash, didn’t clean the bathrooms, and ignored the obvious filth we pointed out like piles of cat hair and dirt under the beds. In the end, I had to do all the cleaning myself. I spent two full days scrubbing toilets and showers, mopping the floors, wiping down surfaces, and making the place actually livable. It was exhausting, especially after everything we were already dealing with from the move and renovations. Fast forward a month; today we left the house (finally!), and the same guy came back, this time with a second worker who just sat in the car. When we first moved in, he made excuses about needing to leave quickly because “others were waiting.” But now he had all the time in the world… doing absolutely nothing while we left the house cleaner than when we got it. Honestly, I feel like I should be the one getting paid for the cleaning. This company clearly doesn’t screen their staff properly or ensure quality work. Either know how to clean, or don’t show up at all, it’s that simple. Paying people to sit around and avoid doing their job is not only a waste of money, it’s deeply frustrating to customers who are already overwhelmed. Not all their staff might be like this, but the two workers we dealt with were lazy, careless, and a complete disappointment. Save yourself the stress, this is not a company I would ever recommend.

Erg tevreden over de werkzaamheden van Silvano. Netjes en vakkundig is alles weer schoon en strak! Communicatie verliep ook goed, werkt netjes en correct.
