About two weeks ago, I submitted a request through their website for CV ketel maintenance. They called me on 01.12.2025, and we scheduled an appointment for 10.12.2025 at 13:00. When the date and time came, no one showed up. I called twice the number that had contacted me, but nobody answered. Then I went to their website and called the main number; they only answered on my second attempt, and it turned out the person I spoke to was someone independent from the Schiedam branch.
First, I gave them the details of my appointment date and address. Then they said they would call the person who scheduled my appointment and ask them to contact me. However, even after 40 minutes, nobody called me back. So I tried calling the technician who was supposed to come to my home again, and surprisingly, this time he picked up and said, “Yes, we had an appointment, didn’t we?” He was aware he missed the appointment but did not bother to inform me. He said it was due to an urgent situation, and I showed understanding. We scheduled a new appointment for the next day.
After that, the person from the main number called me again. I explained the situation and said we had rescheduled and that everything was fine. That person, sounding embarrassed, said, “We normally don’t work like this; I’ll call them and ask what’s going on.”
Our new appointment — which was today (11.12.2025) at 17:00 — has also been missed. It’s been 50 minutes now, and still no call, no doorbell. I didn’t call anyone today, because maybe it’s for the best that someone who has already missed two appointments doesn’t come at all. If he can’t keep their appointment, I can’t trust his work either.
It seems the Schiedam branch is not operating properly. I chose them based on reviews and ratings. But I’m writing this so that everyone living in Schiedam is aware of what might happen. Before relying on the reviews, keep my experience in mind when considering their services.
