I rented a house for 6 months along with three others people in the Utrecht region with the agency, and our overall experience was very positive. As four french students, we couldn’t do a viewing of the place before moving in, and Joke was open to answer all of our questions about the place. Joke was very professional and reactive by email, and we received all the necessary documents in time. Both check-in and check-out processes were also very simple, and all the instructions about the house were clear before moving in. I recommend this agency to new renters/buyers!
