A horrible experience with this alliance. Normally I don't write reviews - but I really need to get this one out there.. As I feel like I've been made a fool of. I took a French C1 exam in december 2023 that I need for work. When subscribing for the exam online something went wrong with my name, after which I immediately send an email to correct it. Names on diplomas are important as they are linked to your identity. They confirmed to me that this was now correctly updated. Great! But once I arrived for the exam the wrong name was still indicated on the presence sheet. I again asked for this to be modified and they confirmed to me that this was not a problem, we will update this. Then after quite some time the results were in, and guess what: the wrong name was on it. And that also ment that the diploma from France would have the wrong name.. So I requested for an updated diploma, which they would arrange for me. They said it could take some time, but okay I am patient. After 4 months I sent another email, and again after 6 months - no reply. Now we are 10 months later and I received a general email, so I wrote back how we are doing with my diploma. A very nice lady from the alliance called me to say that they found my diploma (with the correct name) laying around in the office somewhere on a desk now discoloured and stained so they will need to request a new copy.. I can unfortunately not recommend this institution due to the administrative chaos it adheres to. I enrolled in 30 hours of online classes. For the first scheduled lesson the teacher did not show up. Then the schedule was changed. After the sixth lesson, the Alliance unilaterally switched to a format of online self-exercises. My emails expressing discontent and asking for an appropriate refund have been ignored for months already. Lees meer
