**A nightmare from start to finish — avoid this company** I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this company with your solar installation. My experience has been an exhausting combination of mistakes, broken promises, terrible communication, and damage to my home that, two months later, still has not been resolved. The problems started on installation day when they arrived with **the wrong battery**. They blamed their battery supplier, but regardless of whose mistake it was, that is not the customer's problem to solve. They installed the solar panels and the rest of the system, but without the correct battery, the installation could not function as intended. What followed was weeks of me having to chase them constantly. I was calling almost every day trying to find out when they would return with the correct battery. Again and again, I was promised that somebody would get back to me. Again and again, nobody did. Their communication and follow-up were appalling. Then things got considerably worse. I discovered that **their installation had caused my roof to leak** where they had run the cable down toward the battery. Water entered my home and **damaged my flooring**. They acknowledged the issue and told me the damage would be repaired. Eventually, weeks after the original installation, they returned with the correct battery. You would think that would finally resolve the situation. It didn't. They arrived **without the correct cable for the battery**. So after waiting weeks for the battery, I now had a battery installed that still could not be used properly because they had failed to bring the cable required to complete the job. I was leaving for a three-week holiday at this point. The installer personally assured me that he would return the following day to install the missing cable. The next day, I received a call saying he couldn't make it. Another promise broken. As a result, the installation was only finally completed after I returned from my trip — **three weeks later**. Meanwhile, there is still the matter of the damage they caused to my home. It has now been **two months since the roof leak and resulting floor damage were reported**. The roof itself was eventually repaired, but despite being told that someone would contact me shortly to arrange repairs to my damaged flooring, I have heard absolutely nothing about when this will happen. That, unfortunately, sums up my experience with this company: **mistakes, delays, poor planning, damage to my property, promises to call back that are not kept, and a customer who has to continually chase them to get anything done.** Mistakes can happen. A good company distinguishes itself by how it responds when they do. In my experience, this company failed repeatedly not only in the installation itself, but also in communication, accountability, follow-up, and resolving the damage they caused. Having solar panels installed should not require weeks of phone calls, multiple failed attempts to complete the installation, broken promises, a leaking roof, damaged flooring, and months of chasing the company for a resolution. **It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider whether they are willing to risk going through the same ordeal.**

Ik raad dit bedrijf sterk af. Ze hebben meerdere keren de installatiedatum van de warmtepomp verplaatst en daarbij gelogen dat de monteur ziek was of dat de warmtepomp voor mijn project niet geleverd was. Nadat ik het contract heb beëindigd, weigeren ze mijn aanbetaling terug te betalen en is alle contact verbroken. Op dit moment ben ik samen met een advocaat bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Pure oplichters. Blijf hier ver vandaan!

Nieuwe zonnepanelen en thuisbatterij - Na de aanschaf van een warmtepomp ruim 2 jaar terug waren wij nu op zoek naar een thuisbatterij. Na vele de vele offertes zagen we tussen de “bomen het bos “ niet meer. Iedere leverancier heeft een eigen verhaal en kraakt de ander af, tot we wederom (net als bij de aanschaf van een warmtepomp) bij DLE terechtkwamen. Duidelijke uitleg, goed onderzoek thuis en een prima advies (Eric van verkoop). Nu is alles gemonteerd en het ziet er keurig uit. Vakmensen, bedreven en klantvriendelijk! Alles ook weer keurig achtergelaten en de juiste uitleg bij installatie. Beter kan niet! Team DLE heel veel dank!
