Ik heb een technische audit uitgevoerd op het onderliggende VABI-rekenrapport van dit bedrijf, en de bevindingen tonen een zorgwekkend gebrek aan competentie omtrent NTA 8800-protocollen. Het rapport bevat systemische invoerfouten die de energieprestatie fundamenteel verkeerd weergeven. Concreet zijn cruciale elementen zoals de Hybride Warmtepomp, het HR++ glas en de muurisolatie incorrect ingevoerd. In plaats van de aangeleverde specificaties te gebruiken, werd er systematisch gerekend met negatieve 'forfaitaire' waarden, waarbij onze officiële Kwaliteitsverklaringen (Meldcodes) volledig werden genegeerd. Toen wij dit technische bewijs voorlegden, was de service beneden alle peil. In plaats van de foutieve invoer te corrigeren, werd er afwijzend gereageerd en weigerde men inhoudelijk op de data in te gaan. Ze lijken erop te vertrouwen dat klanten de fysica achter de berekening niet snappen. Vermijd dit bedrijf als u een rapport wilt dat daadwerkelijk aan de regelgeving voldoet

Professional negligence. Royal label was assigned to complete an energy label via maatwerk for a fully renovated home (Hybrid Heat Pump, HR++ Glass, Insulation, Solar), but we received an unjustified incorrect label and terrible service. The advisor failed to inspect the visible installations correctly and instead entered incorrect 'default' values. When we provided the official Builder Specifications and Meldcodes (Kwaliteitsverklaringen) to correct the data, the company refused to amend the report. This is a direct violation of NTA 8800 regulations, which mandate that verifiable Quality Declarations must take precedence over default values. By ignoring valid Meldcodes, this advisor is failing to apply the mandatory calculation method. We are now forced to file a formal complaint with the certification body to get the label corrected. Terrible company! Go elsewhere for more reliable service. Update to owner response: Your response is misleading and untrue. We provided full paid invoices, photos, and the official Meldcodes (e.g., KA18217, KA18515) for our renovation. You simply ignored them to use lazy 'default' values. Regarding the technical 'discrepancy': The installed Remeha Elga Ace is a hybrid heat pump specifically engineered for Low Temperature Heating (LTV), and our invoices confirm the installation of LTV-Radiators. Yet, you modeled this system at 55C (Medium Temperature) and Unbalanced. By inputting 55C for a device designed for 35C, you are actively penalising the system's efficiency in the NTA 8800 software. This is not about 'missing photos'; it is about you who does not understand the technical specifications of the equipment you are inspecting

Let op, adverteert met prijzen exclusief BTW. Aardige en beleefde adviseur maar communicatief niet erg sterk. Alles bij elkaar duurde het 2 weken voordat het correcte label werd verstrekt.
