Belisol Eindhoven

Voor ons geen Belisol meer - De aankoop verliep erg soepel. Leuke verkoper, dus met een goed gevoel naar huis. Bij het inmeten ging het niet lekker, hierover contact opgenomen, opgelost, maar we bleven achter met een beetje rare smaak in onze mond. De eerste factuur werd betaald, de tweede volgde. 55% Aanbetalen. Wij waren het hier niet mee eens. Onze eerdere ervaringen met andere partijen heeft ons erg wantrouwend gemaakt. Onze fout, wij hadden dit kunnen lezen in de offerte (leermomentje),. Wij werden gebeld door Niek, de filiaalhouder. Ons verhaal uitgelegd en na dit gesprek overeengekomen dat er een uitzondering gemaakt wordt. Dus onze laatste factuur zou 10% zijn van het totaalbedrag i.p.v. 5%. Dat was fijn. Tijdens dit gesprek werden er twee zaken toegezegd door Niek. 1. Wij zouden gebeld worden zodra onze voordeur binnen zou zijn. Hier stond hij op, om ons wantrouwen weg te nemen. Ik heb zelf maar gebeld een paar dagen voor de geplande montage en bleek dat dit helemaal niet mogelijk was. De deur zou een dag voor montage binnenkomen en komt goed verpakt binnen en om schades te voorkomen was het beter dit zo te laten. 2. Niek zou persoonlijk na de montage langskomen om te kijken of alles naar tevredenheid is verlopen. Nooit geen Niek gezien of gehoord. De deur werd gemonteerd maar bleek niet compleet te zijn. Het rooster ontbrak. O werd gezegd, dat is een ventilatierooster. Gek, dat had al in de deur verwerkt moeten zijn.. Hoezo ventilatierooster? We hadden een deur met een sierrooster besteld. Het werd uitgezocht. Bleek inderdaad een sierrooster te zijn wat een aantal weken later binnen zou komen. De monteur die het raam heeft gewisseld was top! De deur is ook prachtig en daar zijn we zeker blij mee. De arrogante houding in de communicatie siert het bedrijf niet. Het is het totaalplaatje wat je een gevoel geeft. Erg jammer, daar we nog een heel huis hebben met oude kozijnen die vervangen moeten worden....

I would not recommend belisol to anyone. Having spent over 35k with this company you would want to walk away happy. Unfortunately this isnt the case. Firstly, a lot of the glass has distortion when viewing from an angle, so if you are not looking STRAIGHT out the window, it distorts your view. They replaced one window which was worst affected, but all the rest of the windows have these horrible vertical distortion lines which I hate. I often dont even want to look out the window because it upsets me so much. They told us the job would take about 3 days to complete our whole house, this was nowhere near the truth, they rushed to try finish on time, but did not manage. They had to come back several times for fixes, and still we are unhappy. First time they mounted windows with the protective foil still attached, so here, the had to remove the trim to then be able to remove the foil, having to kit the window again. They also damaged our aluminium frames, which they "repaired" by painting over it with a paint marker. The windowsill in our kitchen window was not mounted as we wanted this mounted after the window was placed, they got the measurements wrong even though they knew about this and WE ourselves ended up having to do work to the windowsill to make the window be able to fit somehow. There is now only a tiny margin to allow the front window to open, and this will never be fixed. They left a large scratch in our front window which we asked them to replace, they said no, they will send a service technician, after weeks he came and also said "yeah this has to be swapped" so we again waited for them to make a new window for it to be swapped. They forgot to mount some protective covers at the back of our house, when installing these they again caused even deeper scratches in the aluminium frames, which again were "repaired" by drawing over them with a paint marker. Really not what you want for something you spent so much money on. The back door and window above are misaligned, one side is back by cms, and the decorative cover between the two pieces is also not mounted horizontally. We have frames that were permanently damaged with corners not lining up, marks in the surface etc. After the last visit to fix these issues, we were told this is what it is. They claim 100% customer satisfaction, but honestly, we are so disappointed and nowhere near satisfied.

Een professioneel bedrijf die doet waar ze voor staan! Vakwerk! - In 2025 hebben we een schuifpui bij Belisol in Gouda besteld, eerder dan verwacht werd in januari 2026 de pui met een hijskraan over het dak getild en heel vakkundig geplaatst door 2 vriendelijke medewerkers! Het was prettig zaken doen met Belisol Gouda! Maya

Really experienced windows installers in 2 days they changed 6 windows at my placed. Very clean acted professionally! Would definitely recommend Belisol to more people.
