I visited the shop this afternoon looking for tracing paper. When I couldn’t find it, I asked a staff member for help. The younger girl was busy upstairs, so I went to the lady working at the cash register to ask for help. Unfortunately she was dismissive and rude, not even letting me finish my question. I had similar experience with her a few weeks ago. At the time, I thought it was just a bad day, but now happening a second time is not acceptable!! She said I needed to ask another colleague, which I understand, but she spoke in an unkind way. Eventually, the younger staff member returned and helped me find what I needed. Staff being busy is understandable, but dismissive and rude behavior is not. I hope sharing this encourages her to reflect and ensures other customers have a positive experience.
