Found Vendôme Makelaardij through a colleague's recommendation, and they made a good impression from the start. Fair, transparent conditions and the sense of being in safe hands throughout. I worked mainly with Patrick, who combines excellent knowledge of the Dutch housing market with genuine professionalism. He works fluently in both Dutch and English, which makes him well suited to expats as well as local buyers, and he is strong on properties of different eras and the relevant regulations. Communication is a real strength: always reachable at the moments when advice mattered most, and consistently quick and clear. Within a month I found a property in a location that suited me. Most importantly, Patrick and Karin gave timely, well-considered bidding advice that helped me avoid both under- and overbidding The final bid landed very close to the independent market valuation. Recommended if you are not just looking for a house, but want to make an informed choice.
