As I have not been able to reach you. I sent you an email and left a negative review. I would like to solve some unpleasant situation. My driver, who was at your place today(1.08.2023) around 1-2 pm on loading, was humiliated by your forklift driver. This behavior is unacceptable and we call it bullying/mobbing.. My driver drove 8 meters further because he was there for the FIRST TIME, which caused your "hero" staplerman to call my driver a DummS(fool). How is that ? Is it okey ? Who gave him rights to say something like that ? When it came to loading pallets that are going to Hungary, your forklift driver cut the secured pallets and the post, creating an unstable load during transport. When my driver asked your forklift driver why he was cutting it, he replied in a rude tone that the client wanted it that way. This behavior is at least not reasonable, because it can also be cut at unloading place, and not expose the driver to costs and unnecessary stress. The CMR was printed before the load was loaded!!! This is not allowed!!! The forklift driver loaded 24 pallets instead of 26, saying the rest wouldn't fit. He noted it only in his piece of paper(document,CMR.. whatever), and on the CMR for the driver he left that he was carrying 26 pallets. When the driver asked your forklift driver to show him the document he took. Your staplerman again rudely replied that it wasn't for him to see it and left with this red CMR. My driver was forced to go back to the office where another employee wrote on his CMR that the driver was driving with less goods. Is this professional??? After all that rude and unprofessional loading. My driver was told to go back up to the entrance gate. This maneuver was difficult to perform because it was very narrow. When the driver politely asked them to open the exit gate for him. He was told they wouldn't do it and to back off. I understand that someone can have a bad mood, we are all human, but such treatment of another human being is unacceptable. EVEN MORE DRIVER WHO DOESN'T NEED ADDITIONAL STRESS!!!. I hope that together we will be able to solve the "hero" staplerman problem so that this man doesn't affect the well-being of other people. The forklift driver wasn't nice, he tried to cheat my driver during loading regarding the loaded pallets and posts. He had no rights to treat my driver or any other person like that. THIS IS MOBBING!!!
