Aannemer Bos & Zn heeft onze nieuwe tuindeuren in ons monument perfect gerealiseerd - Best een lastige en spannende klus om in ons 120 jaar oude pand in de binnenstad van Utrecht tuindeuren te maken in plaats van de ramen. Met name zijn we enthousiast dat de nieuwe tuindeuren de zelfde uitstraling hebben als de details in het monumentale pand. Ook de detailafwerking na het plaatsen van de deuren was top. Wij zouden deze aannemer dus van harte aanbevelen, wij kijken uit naar de volgende klus.

Bouwbedrijf die meedenkt en afspraken nakomt! - Via een recommandatie contact gezocht met Aannemersbedrijf Bos & Zn. Vanaf het 1e moment hadden we een goed gevoel. Het meedenken en de snelheid van reageren spraken ons direct aan! Wij hebben Aannemersbedrijf Bos & Zn ervaren als een bouwbedrijf die meedenkt en z'n afspraken nakomt! De planning werd gehaald en het budget iets overschreden (mede door extra wensen van ons). Wat we ook als zéér prettig vonden is dat we te maken kregen met ervaren bouwvakkers waar we goed mee konden communiceren. We willen vooral Etienne, Rob & Martin enorm bedanken!

Nothing to do with his work this has everything to do with the little lizard that own this place Like 6 years ago I was working in Greece and he came for holidays he promised me to work with him and bla bla he told me book the tickets (I did I paid ) then he wasn’t replying… I text him again and again and nothing dude is useless! After some messages he replied and he was like come and get me in Holland and my friends will get you and bla bla well little man I hope you know I haven’t forgotten about you . I just wait for our paths to come across again

0 star review: Missing in Action We cannot comment on the quality of the work as our project was canceled due to negligence of our architect Iris ( https://irisarchitecten.nl/) A few months after the cancellation Joost sent us a invoice for 16,000 Euro as compensation claim which despite our legal action we were forced to pay. According to the AVA 2013 in case of cancellation a contractor is entitled to 10% of the value of the work not performed. In our case we were charged 10% of the entire project despite the fact that no material was ordered and no one ever stepped foot on our property to work. Reply to your comments: The project was cancelled on June 8th. Your project manager confirmed there were little to no costs incurred at that stage. When speaking with you personally, you told us legally you were allowed to charge us 10% of the value of the project but it didn’t feel right to you as no work had been done and no materials ordered. You mentioned then that if you were to send us an invoice it would be done within 14 days, if not that it would be the end of it. We didn’t hear from you until September 19 ( 98 days later) when we received your invoice. The last thing I will mention is despite our discussion trying to come to a resolution, you had no issue sending us an incassobureau on Christmas day.
