I run a full service interior design studio in Haarlem, creating warm, elegant spaces that reflect my clients' personalities and lifestyles. From colour consultancy and styling advice to bespoke cabinetry design and project management, I can help you transform your home into a true reflection of your personality, lifestyle, and tastes. I work with expats and Dutch alike, and offer a free 30 minute online consult before we begin working together. Every space that I work on is an opportunity to blend creativity with problem-solving, whilst incorporating a mix of "High & Low" into my designs - balancing investment pieces with more accessible finds to make a space feel curated as opposed to precious. I want to bring both my and my clients' vision to life with thoughtful, interesting and timeless designs that honour and support how they really live (rather than a design led fantasy life they might wish they had!). My interiors style blends Art Deco, Modern Victorian/European, and Asian influences, and I relish the challenge of bringing (for instance) bolder, Asian or 1930s vintage pieces into harmony with more traditional settings. While I usually favour a neutral base (never pure white, and sometimes a soft green or blue, or earthy yellow), I love adding depth through bolder jewel tones, beautiful wallpapers, and contrast trim. Thoughtfully chosen vintage pieces, modern furnishings, and Art Deco-inspired brass or gold lighting help to inspire joy when entering your space. To me, a beautiful home is born out of the details, and should make you smile every time you look at it!
